Full-Body Strength Workout Without Weights Warm-up (5-10 minutes) Before starting, make sure to warm up to prepare your muscles.

  • Jumping jacks – 1 minute
  • Arm circles – 1 minute
  • Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, perform bodyweight squats – 1 minute
  • High knees while engaging your core – 1 minute

Upper Body Strength Exercises Push-ups – 3 sets of 10-15 reps

  • Start in a plank position, keeping your arms straight and engaging your core.
  • Lower your chest toward the ground by bending your elbows, then push back up by fully extending your arms.

Triceps Dips (Using a Chair or Step) – 3 sets of 10 reps

  • Keep your hands on the edge of a sturdy chair and slide your left leg forward for balance.
  • Lower your body until your arms form a 90-degree angle, then push back up.

Superman Hold – 3 sets of 30 seconds

  • Lie on your stomach, lift your legs, left arm, and right arm off the ground.
  • Hold for 30 seconds, then lower.

Lower Body Strength Exercises

Bodyweight Squats – 3 sets of 15 reps

  • Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees and lower your body until your thighs reach a 90-degree angle.
  • Push back up while engaging your core muscles.

Lunges – 3 sets of 10 reps per leg

  • Step forward with your left leg, lowering until your left knee forms a 90-degree angle.
  • Push back up and switch legs.

Single-Leg Glute Bridge – 3 sets of 10 reps per leg

  • Lie on your back, plant your right foot on the ground, and extend your left leg lifted in the air.
  • Push through your right heel to lift your hips while engaging your core.
  • Lower and switch legs.

Core Strength Exercises

Plank Hold – 3 sets of 30-60 seconds

  • Start in a plank position, keeping your body straight and engaging your core muscles.
  • Hold for as long as you can while maintaining form.

Side Planks – 3 sets of 30 seconds per side

  • Lie on your side, supporting yourself on your left hand or forearm.
  • Keep your core muscles engaged as you hold the position.

Bicycle Crunches – 3 sets of 15 reps per side

  • Bring your left knee toward your right elbow while extending your right leg straight.
  • Switch legs and repeat.

Leg Raises – 3 sets of 12 reps

  • Lie flat, keep your legs straight, and slowly lift your legs, then lower them without touching the floor.
