How to perform Elevated Pike Push-Up
- Place your feet on an elevated surface and hands on the floor.

- Lower your head towards the ground by bending elbows.
- Pause when your head almost touches the floor.
- Press back up to the start position.
- Repeat for desired reps.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
