How to perform Feet-Elevated Push-Up
- Place your feet on a sturdy elevated surface.
- Position your hands on the floor, shoulder-width apart.
- Maintain a straight body line from head to heels.
- Lower your chest to the ground.
- Push through your hands to return to starting position.
- Repeat for desired reps.
