How to perform Feet-Elevated Push-Up

  1. Place your feet on a sturdy elevated surface.
  2. Position your hands on the floor, shoulder-width apart.
  3. Maintain a straight body line from head to heels.
  4. Lower your chest to the ground.
  5. Push through your hands to return to starting position.
  6. Repeat for desired reps.
