How to perform Korean Dip

  1. Stand in front of a straight bar at waist height.
  2. Grip the bar from behind with palms facing forward.
  3. Lift your legs off the ground to hang below the bar.
  4. Keep your body straight and shoulders retracted.
  5. Lower yourself by bending your elbows to 90 degrees.
  6. Push back up until your arms are straight.
  7. Repeat for desired reps.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
