How to perform Weighted Chest Dip
- Attach a weight to a dip belt or hold a dumbbell with feet.
- Grip parallel bars and lift body.
- Lean forward throughout motion for chest focus.
- Lower body until elbows are bent 90° or deeper.
- Press up until arms are straight.
- Repeat for reps.
