Stretching
Child's Pose exercise
A relaxing stretch that gently lengthens the spine, releases tension in the back and shoulders, and promotes calmness and relaxation.

How to perform Child's Pose
- Kneel on the floor with your big toes touching and knees slightly apart.
- Sit back onto your heels and slowly lower your torso forward.
- Extend your arms out in front of you with palms down or place them by your sides for a gentler variation.
- Rest your forehead on the mat and breathe deeply for 30 seconds to a few minutes.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
