Crab Walk exercise
The crab walk is a bodyweight exercise that strengthens the shoulders, triceps, glutes, hamstrings, and core while improving coordination and mobility. Performed in a reverse tabletop position, it challenges stability and activates multiple muscle groups simultaneously. This functional movement is great for warm-ups, agility training, and full-body conditioning.

How to perform Crab Walk
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat, hands placed behind you with fingers pointing toward your feet.
- Lift your hips off the ground into a reverse tabletop position, keeping your core engaged.
- Step your right hand and left foot forward simultaneously.
- Then step your left hand and right foot forward to continue crawling.
- Keep your hips lifted and body controlled throughout the movement.
- Continue moving forward or backward for the desired distance or time.
- Maintain a steady pace and avoid letting your hips drop too low.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
