How to perform Elliptical

  1. Step onto the elliptical and hold the handles for balance.
  2. Start pedaling forward slowly to get used to the motion, keeping your feet flat on the pedals.
  3. Adjust the resistance and incline to match your fitness level or workout goal.
  4. Maintain an upright posture with your core engaged and shoulders relaxed.
  5. Push and pull the handles evenly with your arms while pedaling smoothly with your legs.
  6. Focus on a steady rhythm and controlled breathing throughout the workout.
  7. Cool down by gradually lowering the resistance and pedaling at an easy pace for 3–5 minutes.
