How to perform Glute Bridge

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
  2. Place your arms at your sides with palms facing down.
  3. Engage your core and squeeze your glutes to lift your hips off the floor.
  4. Raise your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees.
  5. Pause at the top and squeeze your glutes, then slowly lower back to the ground.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
