High Knees exercise
High knees are a cardio-intensive exercise that engages your core, improves coordination, and boosts heart rate. This movement mimics running in place while bringing your knees up as high as possible.

How to perform High Knees
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
- Lift your right knee as high as possible towards your chest while swinging your left arm forward.
- Quickly switch, lifting your left knee up and swinging your right arm forward.
- Continue alternating knees rapidly as if running in place.
- Keep your core tight and stay on the balls of your feet.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
