How to perform Inchworm Walkout

  1. Start standing tall, feet hip-width apart.
  2. Bend at hips and walk hands forward to plank.
  3. Pause in plank and walk hands back to feet.
  4. Stand up to return to starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired reps.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
