How to perform Mountain Climbers

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
  2. Engage your core and bring your right knee toward your chest.
  3. Quickly switch legs, extending your right leg back while bringing your left knee forward.
  4. Continue alternating legs at a fast pace as if running in place.
  5. Keep your hips low and back flat throughout the movement.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
