How to perform Sled Push

  1. Load the sled with an appropriate amount of weight.
  2. Stand behind the sled with your hands on the handles, arms extended.
  3. Lean slightly forward, keep your core tight, and drive through your legs to push the sled forward.
  4. Take short, powerful steps and maintain a steady pace.
  5. Push for the desired distance or time.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
