How to perform Standing Forward Bend

  1. Stand with your feet about hip-width apart.
  2. Hinge at the hips to bend forward, reaching toward the ground.
  3. Relax your head and neck, letting the crown of your head hang down.
  4. Hold the stretch, feeling a release in the back of the legs.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
