How to perform Supinated Rope Climb

  1. Stand at the base of a vertical rope.
  2. Grab the rope with a supinated grip (palms facing you).
  3. Engage your arms and core.
  4. Climb by pulling up hand over hand, using your legs for support as needed.
  5. Continue until you reach the desired height.
  6. Descend with control maintaining the same grip.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
