Swimming (Laps) exercise
A full-body, low-impact cardiovascular workout that builds endurance, tones muscles, and improves lung capacity. Lap swimming allows for easy tracking of distance (laps or meters) and time, making it ideal for structured cardio training.

How to perform Swimming (Laps)
- Choose a swimming stroke (freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, etc.) and start in the shallow end of a lap pool.
- Push off the wall and swim to the opposite end using steady, controlled strokes.
- Breathe rhythmically and maintain consistent pacing.
- Complete your desired number of laps, tracking total distance covered.
- Use a waterproof watch, pool clock, or fitness tracker to monitor your time.
- Rest briefly between laps if needed, and cool down with slower-paced strokes.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
