How to perform Tricep Kickback

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and stand with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Bend forward at the waist so your torso is nearly parallel to the ground.
  3. Keep your upper arms close to your torso and elbows bent at 90 degrees.
  4. Extend your arms straight back by contracting your triceps.
  5. Pause briefly at the top of the movement with arms fully extended.
  6. Slowly return to the starting position by bending your elbows.
  7. Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the exercise.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
