V-Up exercise
A core-strengthening exercise that targets both the upper and lower abdominals. It combines a crunch and leg raise into one dynamic movement, challenging stability and coordination.

How to perform V-Up
- Lie flat on your back with your arms extended overhead and legs straight.
- Engage your core and simultaneously lift your legs and upper body toward each other.
- Reach your hands toward your toes, forming a V shape with your body.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower your arms and legs back down.
- Keep your movements controlled and avoid letting your heels or head touch the ground between reps.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
