How to perform Australian Chin-Up

  1. Lie under a low bar with your chest beneath it.
  2. Grab the bar with an underhand shoulder-width grip.
  3. Keep your body straight from head to heels.
  4. Pull your chest up to the bar.
  5. Pause briefly at the top.
  6. Lower slowly to the starting position.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
