A chin-up where one arm does most of the pulling, while the other assists and remains extended.

How to perform Archer Chin-Up

  1. Grip the bar with both hands, palms facing you, arms wider than shoulder width.
  2. Pull yourself up toward one hand, keeping the other arm straight.
  3. Keep your chest close to the bar.
  4. Lower yourself back to full extension.
  5. Alternate pulling toward each side.
  6. Maintain steady control throughout.
  7. Repeat.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
