Archer Chin-Up exercise
A chin-up where one arm does most of the pulling, while the other assists and remains extended.

How to perform Archer Chin-Up
- Grip the bar with both hands, palms facing you, arms wider than shoulder width.
- Pull yourself up toward one hand, keeping the other arm straight.
- Keep your chest close to the bar.
- Lower yourself back to full extension.
- Alternate pulling toward each side.
- Maintain steady control throughout.
- Repeat.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
