Cable Face Pull exercise
A highly effective upper-body pulling exercise that targets the rear delts, upper traps, and rotator cuff muscles. It’s great for improving posture, shoulder health, and balanced shoulder development.

How to perform Cable Face Pull
- Set the cable pulley to upper chest or eye level and attach a rope handle.
- Grab the rope with both hands using a neutral grip and step back to create tension.
- Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart, core engaged, and arms extended forward.
- Pull the rope toward your face while flaring your elbows out wide, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Pause briefly at full contraction, then slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
- Keep your torso stable and avoid using momentum.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
