How to perform Close-Grip Pull-Up

  1. Grip a pull-up bar with palms facing away, hands close together.
  2. Hang with arms fully extended.
  3. Keep your body straight and engage your core.
  4. Pull your chest up toward the bar.
  5. Pause when your chin is over the bar.
  6. Lower yourself back down slowly.
  7. Repeat for the desired reps.
