How to perform Landmine Press

  1. Secure one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or wedge it into a corner.
  2. Hold the other end of the barbell with both hands or one hand at shoulder height.
  3. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged.
  4. Press the barbell upward and slightly forward until your arm is fully extended.
  5. Pause at the top, then lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled motion.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch arms if doing single-arm presses.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
