Landmine Press exercise
A shoulder and upper chest exercise that uses a barbell anchored at one end, offering a safer and more joint-friendly alternative to traditional overhead pressing.

How to perform Landmine Press
- Secure one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or wedge it into a corner.
- Hold the other end of the barbell with both hands or one hand at shoulder height.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged.
- Press the barbell upward and slightly forward until your arm is fully extended.
- Pause at the top, then lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled motion.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch arms if doing single-arm presses.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
