Cardio
Rowing (Machine) exercise
A full-body cardio workout performed on an indoor rowing machine. It builds endurance and strength, especially in the legs, back, and arms, while allowing precise tracking of distance, time, and pace.

How to perform Rowing (Machine)
- Sit on the rowing machine and secure your feet in the foot straps.
- Grab the handle with both hands using an overhand grip.
- Start by pushing with your legs, then lean back slightly and pull the handle to your chest.
- Reverse the movement: extend your arms, lean forward from the hips, and bend your knees to return.
- Maintain a smooth, rhythmic pace and monitor your distance and time on the display screen.
- Adjust resistance and speed based on your fitness goals.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
