Archer Ring Row exercise
A ring rowing variation where one arm pulls while the other arm remains extended, increasing difficulty and unilateral engagement.

How to perform Archer Ring Row
- Set rings at waist height.
- Grip each ring and lean back with arms extended.
- Pull one ring toward your chest while keeping the other arm straight.
- Keep body straight and tight.
- Pause, then extend the pulling arm back.
- Alternate sides for each rep.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
