How to perform Chin-Up

  1. Grip a pull-up bar with palms facing you, shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hang fully extended with your arms straight.
  3. Engage your core and pull your chest toward the bar.
  4. Keep your elbows close to your body.
  5. Pass your chin above the bar.
  6. Lower yourself with control until arms are straight.
  7. Repeat for desired reps.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
