Chin-Up exercise
A bodyweight exercise targeting the upper back and biceps, performed by pulling yourself up on a bar with an underhand grip.

How to perform Chin-Up
- Grip a pull-up bar with palms facing you, shoulder-width apart.
- Hang fully extended with your arms straight.
- Engage your core and pull your chest toward the bar.
- Keep your elbows close to your body.
- Pass your chin above the bar.
- Lower yourself with control until arms are straight.
- Repeat for desired reps.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
