Stretching
Cobra Stretch exercise
A gentle backbend that stretches the chest, shoulders, and abdominal muscles while strengthening the spine and improving posture.

How to perform Cobra Stretch
- Lie face down on the mat with your legs extended and tops of your feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands under your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Inhale and gently lift your chest off the floor, pressing into your hands.
- Keep your hips grounded and gaze slightly upward, holding for 15–30 seconds.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
