Hip Circles exercise
Hip circles are a dynamic mobility exercise that loosens up the hips, lower back, and core. They help improve joint flexibility, range of motion, and stability—making them ideal for warm-ups, cooldowns, or active recovery. This low-impact movement is especially beneficial for reducing stiffness and enhancing performance in lower-body and full-body workouts.

How to perform Hip Circles
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on your hips.
- Engage your core and keep your knees slightly bent.
- Begin rotating your hips in a large circular motion, pushing them forward, to the side, back, and around.
- Complete the full circle smoothly, maintaining balance and control.
- Perform several circles in one direction, then reverse and do the same number in the opposite direction.
- Keep your upper body relatively still while your hips do the work.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps or time in each direction.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
