How to perform Incline Barbell Bench Press

  1. Set a bench to a 30–45 degree incline.
  2. Lie back with feet on the floor.
  3. Grip the barbell wider than shoulder-width.
  4. Unrack and lower the bar to upper chest.
  5. Press it back up until arms lock out.
  6. Repeat for desired reps.
  7. Rack the bar.
