Incline Barbell Bench Press exercise
A chest exercise using an inclined bench to target upper chest muscles by pressing a barbell.

How to perform Incline Barbell Bench Press
- Set a bench to a 30–45 degree incline.
- Lie back with feet on the floor.
- Grip the barbell wider than shoulder-width.
- Unrack and lower the bar to upper chest.
- Press it back up until arms lock out.
- Repeat for desired reps.
- Rack the bar.
