Kettlebell Goblet Squat exercise
A lower-body strength exercise using a kettlebell to challenge your quads, glutes, and core while improving squat form.

How to perform Kettlebell Goblet Squat
- Hold a kettlebell close to your chest with both hands, gripping the horns.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out.
- Keep your chest up and elbows tucked in.
- Lower your body into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
- Go as low as your mobility allows while keeping your heels flat.
- Drive through your heels to return to standing, maintaining upright posture.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
