How to perform L-Sit Chin-Up

  1. Grip the bar with palms facing you, shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hang with arms straight and legs extended in front of you at hip height.
  3. Keep your legs straight and core tight.
  4. Pull chin above the bar while holding the L-sit.
  5. Pause briefly at the top.
  6. Lower to full extension with control.
  7. Repeat, maintaining the L-sit.
