How to perform Pistol Squat (Single-Leg Squat)

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms extended in front of you for balance.
  2. Lift one leg off the ground and extend it straight forward.
  3. Slowly lower your body by bending the knee of your standing leg while keeping the raised leg off the floor.
  4. Descend as low as your mobility allows without collapsing your posture.
  5. Push through your heel to return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat on the other leg.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
