An isolation bicep exercise performed on a preacher bench using an EZ bar. It helps develop peak bicep shape by eliminating momentum and placing constant tension on the muscle throughout the range of motion.

How to perform Preacher Curl (EZ Bar)

  1. Sit at a preacher bench and rest your upper arms on the angled pad.
  2. Grab the EZ bar with an underhand grip, shoulder-width apart.
  3. Start with your arms fully extended but not locked out.
  4. Curl the bar upward while keeping your upper arms firmly on the pad.
  5. Pause and squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps, avoiding any swinging or momentum.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
