Reverse Crunch exercise
An abdominal exercise that emphasizes the lower abs and improves core control. It’s a great low-impact movement that helps strengthen the deep core muscles without putting strain on the neck or spine.

How to perform Reverse Crunch
- Lie on your back with your arms by your sides and palms pressing into the floor.
- Lift your legs and bend your knees at a 90-degree angle, feet off the ground.
- Engage your core and use your abs to lift your hips off the floor, curling your knees toward your chest.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower your hips back down to the floor with control.
- Keep your upper body and head relaxed throughout the movement.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
