How to perform Single-Arm Ring Row

  1. Lower one ring to waist level.
  2. Stand facing the ring and take a firm grip.
  3. Lean back with arm straight, feet forward.
  4. Pull your chest up to the ring by bending your elbow.
  5. Keep your body straight and avoid twisting.
  6. Slowly extend back to start position.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
