How to perform Squat

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly pointed outward.
  2. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  3. Begin the movement by bending at the hips and knees simultaneously.
  4. Lower down until your thighs are parallel to the floor (or deeper if mobility allows).
  5. Push through your heels to return to a standing position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
