How to perform Wall Shoulder Tap in Plank Position

  1. Start in a high plank position with your feet elevated and pressed against a wall.
  2. Engage your core and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Lift one hand and tap your opposite shoulder.
  4. Avoid rotating your hips as you perform the tap.
  5. Return your hand to the ground and repeat on the other side.
  6. Move slowly and with control for best results.
