How to perform Wall Sit with Alternating Leg Lift

  1. Stand with your back against a wall and slide down into a squat position with knees at 90 degrees.
  2. Keep your feet flat and shoulder-width apart.
  3. Lift your right foot a few inches off the ground and hold for 3–5 seconds.
  4. Lower your right foot and repeat on the left side.
  5. Continue alternating legs while keeping your back against the wall.
  6. Maintain core engagement and even breathing throughout.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
