How to perform Archer Pull-Up

  1. Hang from a bar with a wide, overhand grip.
  2. Pull your body up, shifting toward one hand.
  3. Keep the non-working arm extended.
  4. Lower yourself back down in control.
  5. Alternate sides with each repetition.
  6. Keep your core and legs engaged.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
