A variation of the pull-up emphasizing unilateral strength by shifting most weight to one arm at a time.

How to perform Archer Pull-Up
- Hang from a bar with a wide, overhand grip.
- Pull your body up, shifting toward one hand.
- Keep the non-working arm extended.
- Lower yourself back down in control.
- Alternate sides with each repetition.
- Keep your core and legs engaged.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
