How to perform Assisted Archer Pull-Up

  1. Hang from a bar with a wide, overhand grip.
  2. Use a resistance band or an elevated foot for assistance.
  3. Pull your chest up toward one hand while extending the other arm.
  4. Lower yourself with control.
  5. Switch sides after each rep.
  6. Maintain core engagement throughout.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
