Assisted Archer Pull-Up exercise
An archer pull-up variation using assistance to develop unilateral strength and control.

How to perform Assisted Archer Pull-Up
- Hang from a bar with a wide, overhand grip.
- Use a resistance band or an elevated foot for assistance.
- Pull your chest up toward one hand while extending the other arm.
- Lower yourself with control.
- Switch sides after each rep.
- Maintain core engagement throughout.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
