A one-arm push-up performed with partial assistance from the other hand to reduce difficulty and improve strength.

How to perform Assisted One-Arm Push-Up
- Get into a push-up position with feet wide.
- Place one hand centered under your chest; the other slightly to the side for support.
- Engage your core and glutes.
- Lower your chest toward the floor, using the assisting hand as needed.
- Push back up to the starting position.
- Alternate assisting hands as needed.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
