How to perform Assisted One-Arm Push-Up

  1. Get into a push-up position with feet wide.
  2. Place one hand centered under your chest; the other slightly to the side for support.
  3. Engage your core and glutes.
  4. Lower your chest toward the floor, using the assisting hand as needed.
  5. Push back up to the starting position.
  6. Alternate assisting hands as needed.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
