How to perform Dumbbell Chest Fly

  1. Lie on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended above your chest with a slight bend in the elbows.
  2. Slowly lower the dumbbells out to your sides in a wide arc until your arms are parallel to the floor.
  3. Keep your elbows slightly bent throughout the movement to protect your joints.
  4. Pause briefly at the bottom, then contract your chest to bring the dumbbells back to the starting position.
  5. Avoid clanking the dumbbells at the top; maintain control and tension on the chest.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
