Chest Fly Push-Up exercise
A push-up variation that incorporates a chest fly movement, enhancing chest and shoulder activation, typically by sliding the arms out to the sides during the descent.

How to perform Chest Fly Push-Up
- Start in a regular push-up position on a smooth surface.
- Place hands shoulder-width apart.
- As you lower your chest, slide one or both hands outward, as if performing a fly.
- Go as far as your mobility and strength allow.
- Return hands toward center while pushing back up.
- Alternate fly sides or perform together.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
