How to perform Chest Fly Push-Up

  1. Start in a regular push-up position on a smooth surface.
  2. Place hands shoulder-width apart.
  3. As you lower your chest, slide one or both hands outward, as if performing a fly.
  4. Go as far as your mobility and strength allow.
  5. Return hands toward center while pushing back up.
  6. Alternate fly sides or perform together.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
