Cable Chest Fly exercise
The cable chest fly isolates the chest muscles, providing constant tension throughout the movement to enhance chest strength and definition.

How to perform Cable Chest Fly
- Set the cable pulleys slightly above shoulder height and attach handles.
- Grab a handle in each hand and step forward to create slight tension in the cables.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your hands together in front of your chest.
- Squeeze your chest muscles at the peak of the movement.
- Slowly open your arms back out to the starting position without locking your elbows.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping your core engaged.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
