How to perform Feet-Elevated Underhand Inverted Row

  1. Place a bar at waist height.
  2. Set your feet on an elevated surface.
  3. Grip the bar with palms facing up.
  4. Keep body straight with core engaged.
  5. Pull chest to bar by flexing elbows.
  6. Lower yourself slowly to start position.
