How to perform Inverted Row (Underhand Grip)

  1. Lie under a bar set at hip height.
  2. Grip the bar with palms facing you.
  3. Keep your body straight, heels on the ground.
  4. Pull your chest up to the bar.
  5. Pause briefly at the top.
  6. Lower slowly to the starting position.
