How to perform Handstand Shoulder Tap

  1. Kick up into a handstand, free-standing or on a wall.
  2. Engage core and glutes to stay stable.
  3. Lift one hand to tap the opposite shoulder.
  4. Lower hand and repeat on the other side.
  5. Alternate taps, staying balanced throughout.
  6. Repeat for desired reps.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
