How to perform Hanging Windshield Wiper

  1. Hang from a bar or rings with arms extended.
  2. Raise legs together to form an 'L' or higher.
  3. Rotate legs slowly to one side.
  4. Move legs across to the opposite side in a controlled arc.
  5. Keep core engaged throughout.
  6. Repeat side to side for desired reps.
