How to perform L-Sit Hang

  1. Hang from a bar or rings with overhand grip.
  2. Engage shoulders and keep arms extended.
  3. Lift both legs together until parallel to the ground.
  4. Keep legs straight to form an 'L' shape.
  5. Hold position, maintaining core tension.
  6. Lower legs with control to finish.
