How to perform Lateral Wall Walk

  1. Kick up into a wall-supported handstand.
  2. Shift hands and feet sideways along the wall.
  3. Move in small steps to one side.
  4. Reverse direction for equal reps.
  5. Focus on controlled movement and body alignment.
